What is CogPOS?
CogPOS is a cloud point-of-sale and inventory platform for multi-branch retail and restaurants. Each branch has its own warehouse stock, cashiers log in per store, and HQ manages catalog and reports.
Who is CogPOS for?
Independent shops, perfume chains, cafés, and agencies that manage many customer organizations. Business types include Retail, Restaurant, and Perfumes with matching modules.
How does billing work?
Organizations start on Free or a Pro trial. Upgrades use Stripe or Razorpay configured by the Creatyvot platform. Plans, limits, and prices are edited at /platform/pricing.
Can I pay in INR, AED, QAR, or SAR?
Yes. The pricing page country packs show Free/Pro and add-on modules in INR, AED, QAR, or SAR from the live billing catalog. Each branch still sells in its local currency at the register.
How do cashiers log in?
Use the POS login portal: pick workspace + branch, then cashier credentials. Organization admins use the separate back-office login.
Is branch stock separate?
Yes. Stock lives in each branch warehouse. Transfers move quantity between Mumbai, Dubai, Doha, or HQ with ship/receive workflows.
